Intermittent fasting is about changing the way you eat, but not necessarily the foods that you eat. I personally have no forbidden foods, and I successfully lost the weight with intermittent fasting. In fact, I think this was a huge key to my success. I never felt deprived when intermittent fasting, which was a huge departure from how I felt on any other weight loss plan. Do not expect that I will tell you what you should eat when practicing intermittent fasting. In my opinion, you should eat whatever foods you like. Intermittent fasting is not a diet. There is no meal plan. Instead, intermittent fasting is a skill, that when implemented into your life can help you lose weight and keep it off. It's my goal to teach you this skill so that you can succeed at weight loss.
